We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of eligible items by mail.

All items need to be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date. Returned merchandise should be unworn, unaltered and free from scratches and blemishes with tags still attached and in original packaging accompanied by the original sales receipt. No cash or credit refunds will be given, only exchanges and/or store credit. After 7 days, unfortunately we CAN’T offer you an exchange.
Additionally non-returnable and non-exchangeable items are:

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 7-day grace period has expired or items that are not in the same condition you received them in.
RETURNING ONLINE MERCHANDISE BY MAIL
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for your confirmation # and our address and at that time, your return will be confirmed and the process will be started.
On the front of the packing slip enclosed with your order, please note the reason(s) you wish to exchange the item(s).
You may ship your exchange via any other shipping method of your choice to: VAKANZA, 2711 N. Sepulveda Blvd #288 Manhattan Beach, CA 90266.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
